The iPad has really improved my life. Now I work in bed, in libraries, in cafes. I choose a place to work, I move around, I don't just sit in front of my computer.
"My style of art-making whether it’s sewing, drawing or whatever is unselfconscious and meant to delight and inspire people."
Almost always indoors, TV and books became my main forms of escapism - and drawing! I was raised in a very tropical city surrounded by hills and palm trees, but sadly wasn’t really allowed to explore my environment fully.

My style can be described as fine art photography: I see a continuity between painting and photography, and in some ways, photography is painting's younger sister. Paintings, more than photos, are my main reference when I plan-shoot-retouch a new project.
